Cancellation Policy

**Late Cancellation Fee: ** Participants are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours notice for session cancellations. A late cancellation fee of the full amount will be billed. **Cancellation for Missed Payment:** In the event of a missed payment, participants will be notified promptly and released from the cohort, if the payment is not rectified within 7 days, the subscription will be suspended and sessions canceled. **Missed Session Policy:** Participants are allowed up to one missed session within the subscription period without cancellation. If additional sessions are missed, participants will be removed from the cohort. **Refund Policy:** Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions or late cancellations. However, exceptions may be considered in extenuating circumstances, and participants are encouraged to communicate any challenges in advance.
